3. Booking confirmation

The booking is to be considered definitely confirmed only on receipt of a deposit of 30% on the total amount of your stay.

4. Cancellation policy

- under 7 days: 30% charge of the total amount
- No-show: 30% charge of the total amount
- Earlier departure: 1 night charge
