Room only; the apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchenette.

Guests are welcomed from 2.30pm. to 4pm on the day of their arrival. For any other check-in time we kindly ask you to inform us in advance in order to arrange your registration and your room keys' consignee.

Check-out within 9.30am. 

Indipendent air conditioning and heating.

Equipped with plates, silverware, glasses and pots. Guests may prepare meals by themselves. No breakfast or restaurant service available. 

Bathroom with shower.

Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the rates. Maid service during the stay is on guests' charge.

Pets are allowed with a 50,00 Euro fee for final cleaning. The pets owners are required to take care and supervision of their animals, preventing them from any damage to people, properties or accommodation facilities. There are no special spaces where pets can be left unattended.

Private parking for our guests' cars under the porch in the courtyard.

Guests can relax in the Italian style garden as well as in the courtyards. Parents are responsable for care, safety and behaviour of their children, preventing them from any damage to facilities and properties.
